According to the agreement between MOL Fehérvár FC and Valerenga of Norway, Tobias Christensen will continue his career with our club, who will officially join us at the beginning of the transfer period on the 15th January 2023. However, according to the agreement between the two clubs, he will start his training with our team on the 4th January.

Tobias Christensen was born on 11th May 2000 in Kristiansand, Norway. He started his career with his hometown team Vigor, where he played in a cup match for the first team in 2015. In 2017 he transferred to IK Start, where he played 23 matches in the second division and a year later he was a regular in the top flight and scored his first goal in the top division.

In the summer of 2019, he moved to Moldé, where he celebrated a league title at the end of the season. He joined his last club, Valerenga, in the spring of 2021, and the 180 cm tall defensive midfielder has played continuously in the Norwegian top flight in recent seasons. He has scored 8 goals and assisted 11 times in 109 top-flight games so far in his career. In international cups, he has also played in Champions League qualifiers, Europa League group stages and European Conference League qualifiers.

From U16 to U21, he played continuously for his country's national team, with 4 goals in 17 games for the U21s.

I didn't know anyone from the team personally, but I had heard about the club before. I have a good command of English, so I'm sure I'll be able to communicate with my teammates, and I hope I'll be able to learn as much Hungarian as possible, so I'll try to do my best in that area as well. First of all, I want to fit in and integrate into the team and help the club achieve its goals. I'm ready to be on the pitch from the first game and I hope to finish the championship in as good a position as possible," Tobias Christensen told our website after signing the contract.

Tobias Christensen's contract runs until 30 June 2025 and he will play in the number 20 shirt.
