An article news appeared on the ranagado.24.hu, which referred to the Romanian sport.ro news relating to Vidi defender Adrian Rus, who has Romanian-Hungarian dual nationality. "Rus played in two games before being sent to the second team. The situation is becoming more and more delicate as the Hungarian national team would like to have him. I spoke with him and he said that pressure had been put on him before I sent the invitation out to him. They are saying: they need him.. bla-bla-bla...He told the Fehervar club that he considers his future with the Romanian national team, where he has already had nice moments with the U21 side. After speaking with him on the phone, the club reacted by sending him to the second team. Reaction

The news appeared on several Hungarian sites and our club has given its reaction through Director of Football Zoltan Kovacs.

"Adrian Rus is a member of our first team and there is absolutely no mention of any kind of punishment or pressure. MOL Fehervar FC are proud that we not only have Hungarian international players but also those from beyond the border. We have had Georgi Milanov, Visar Musliu and Boban Nikolov called up by their respective countries in recent days on top of Adrian Rus. Several members of the first team squad have played for our NB III side over recent years. It would be a massive mistake to take any negative conclusions out of this" - commented Zoltan Kovacs - MOL Fehervar FC Director of Football.
